| 摘 要： | "新政"时期,是继洋务运动西北近代工矿业发展的又一个重要时期。西北一批具有近代意义的机器工业为西北的近代化奠定了工矿业基础,各类机器工厂和矿物学堂的开办,为西北用近代方式培养了第一批工程技术人员,这对西北后来近代机器工业的发展起了积极的作用。因为,他们同新的生产方式相联系,在西北整个近代历史过程中起了不可忽视的作用,更是为北洋政府时期西北近代工矿业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。 |
