| 摘 要： | 循环经济是先进科技支撑下的经济,前提是科技创新,核心是经济发展,目标是社会和谐,是大系统理论指导下的社会、经济、科技和环境的有机结合.循环经济理论指导下的县域经济协同发展是指县域经济内在性、整体性和综合性的发展聚合,以达到一种县域内外高度和谐的协调发展高级阶段为最终目的.发展县域循环经济,需要了解县域的具体情况.县域经济协同发展成熟度模型是在循环经济理论的指导下提出的,文章详细介绍了评价县域经济协同发展的指标体系和评价方法,支持从时间和空间两个维度对县域经济协同发展情况进行定位,有利于辅助县域相关政策的制定和推动县域经济的良性发展.
