辽宁产业结构分析与振兴策略

辽宁为我国国民经济的建设与发展做出了巨大的贡献,被誉为“共和国长子”和“共和国装备部”。但是,在由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制逐渐过渡的关键时期,辽宁并没有完成从工业大省向工业强省的转变,“辽宁问题”逐渐浮出水面。这些问题主要表现为经济结构中的产业结构问题、地区结构问题、所有制结构问题以及城乡二元结构问题等,其中产业结构问题又是经济结构问题的核心。基于此,笔者从产业结构分析入手,深入剖析了辽宁产业的结构性矛盾,并提出相应的振兴策略。

Analysis on industrial structure and revival tactics of Liaoning Province in China

With the reputation of "eldest son of Republic" and "equipment department of Republic",Liaoning Province once has made enormous contributions to the construction and development of the national economy.But at the key period of transition gradually from planned economic system to socialist market economy system,Liaoning Province has not finished the transition from large province of industry to the strong province of industry,"Liaoning-problem" surfaces gradually.These questions mainly display the problems of industrial structure in economic structure,regional structure,ownership system and the dualistic structure in urban and rural areas.Among them,the problem of industrial structure is a core of the problems of economic structure.Based on it,we start with the industrial structure,analyze deeply the structural contradiction of industry in Liaoning Province,and propose a few revitalizing tactics.
