关于优化教学资源提高教学质量和效益的思考

要建设节约型校园，必须在办学的基础建设和基本投入上慎重考虑与充分论证。整合高校现有教育资源，实现高等教育资源利用生态型循环模式是建设节约型大学的一个具体举措。教学团队不但实现了教师资源的优化配置，而且在教材建设、课程建设、教研教改与教学效果等方面的成绩也很显著；课程群的构建实现了知识的贯穿与融合，形成了“理论教学-综合实验-课程设计”相互补充、相互依存的知识体系；实验室的模块化配置，完全实现了仪器设备资源的共享与综合利用，为综合性设计性实验的开设创造了条件，为品牌、特色专业建设提供了强有力的实验支撑。

Reflections on the Reasonable Distribution of Teaching Resources and the Improvement of Teaching Quality

In order to construct an economical school, great care must be taken in the capital construction and the capital investment for school-running. Besides, a reasonable pattern for distributing and using the existing educational resources should also be created. Forming teaching groups contributes to the optimized distribution of the teaching resources and the groups play a very important part in the construction of textbooks and courses, teaching research and reform, and the improvement of teaching quality. Creating course groups helps to incorporate knowledge, establishing a knowledge system which combines theoretical teaching, comprehensive experiments and course projects. Modular distribution of labs makes for the share of experimental equipment and facilities, making it possible to design comprehensive projects and to provide support for the construction of brand and characteristic specialties.
