我国农村流通组织市场结构与绩效分析

文章使用SCP范式对我国农村流通组织进行了分析。从组织结构上看,我国农村流通市场属于分散型市场结构,存在市场集中度不高、流通服务差异化低、缺乏规模效益、市场的进入壁垒低等现象;从市场行为看,农村流通组织的协调性差,以低价作为主要的竞争手段;从市场绩效看,流通组织效益低下,但随着农村流通就业弹性的不断提高,对农村经济增长的贡献也呈增长态势。针对我国农村流通组织存在的问题,文章指出应加快农村流通组织创新、推进连锁经营、推广使用新技术、优化竞争手段。

Analysis of Market Structure and Performance for China＇s Rural Circulation System

An analysis is made of the China＇s rural circulation system by using SCP paradigm.In terms of its organization,rural circulation system belongs to scattered market structure.There exist such problems as low market concentration,low service differentiation,lack of scale economy and low standard for entry.In terms of the market activities,the poor coordination of the rural circulation system has adopted lowering price as the main competition way.As to the market performance,the circulation efficiency has been relatively low.In light of the problems mentioned above,the following measures are proposed： innovation to the rural circulation system,promotion of chain businesses,application of new technology,and optimization of competition ways.
