适合住宅产业化的企业组织模式发展研究

要在我国实现住宅产业化,必须要有与之相适应的住宅企业组织模式。通过分析住宅企业组织模式发展的必要性,提出适合我国住宅产业化的住宅企业组织模式发展需要分两步走:第一步先建立虚拟住宅企业;第二步在虚拟住宅企业充分发展的基础上组建住宅产业集团。系统介绍了虚拟住宅企业产生的背景、概念、特征、组织结构,提出传统住宅企业的虚拟化进程,同时介绍了住宅产业集团的组建方式以及住宅企业在集团化过程中应注意的问题。

A Study of Organization Mode of Housing Enterprise Adapted to Housing Industrialization

To implement housing industrialization in China,it is necessary to employ an organizational mode of housing enterprise which adapts to China's situation.Having analyzed the necessity of development of housing enterprise in China,this paper proposes two stages for China to develop housing enterprise that fits China's housing industrialization.The first stage is to build up virtual housing enterprises.The second stage is to establish housing industry groups on the basis of the adequate development of virtual housing enterprises.The author presents the background,the concept,the characteristics and organization of virtual housing enterprises,proposing some suggestions on how a traditional housing enterprise is visualized.This paper also introduces the establishment mode of housing industry group and the problems that should be taken into consideration in the process of its conglomeration.
