普通高校高水平运动队培养对策探析

我国普通大中小学竞技体育人才培养方法存在着与基础教育、高等教育培养目标相悖的问题．即基础教育没有突出培养学生的通识性和基础性，而高等教育阶段没有突出培养学生的专业性和创新性．分析认为，未来普通大中小学高水平运动员的培养，着眼点应该是为国家培养集基础知识、专业知识、专业能力与体育竞技水平于一身的高素质复合型人才．

Analysis of the Training Strategy for the Higher-level Athletic Team in General Universities

There is an obvious phenomenon in the foster of competitive sports talent in our country in ordinary college,high school and elementary school,which is contrary to the foster objectives of basic education and higher education.That is to say that in the process of basic education the general and basic characteristics of Knowledge for the education of athletic students were not emphasized while in the process of higher education no importance was attached to the professional and creative charateristics of knowledge.Therefore,in order to foster the high level athletes we need to foster versatile talents with fundamentals,professional knowledge,professional skills and competitive sports talents all in one.
