| 摘 要： | 社会技术在本质上表现为方法、手段、技巧、经验等,它的研究范围和对象集中在人与人、人与社会关系的层面,社会技术的目的和功能在于整合重组社会关系,规范社会交往,从而解决社会问题,促进社会发展。社会技术以体制、政策、制度、规范、程序等不同形态广泛地外化于社会关系各领域,与社会科学、自然技术、社会工程、技术社会化等既有联系,又有区别,对社会的稳定和发展有重大的价值和作用。
