| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,农村教育的现代化建设是重要的组成部分。农村教育现代化建设,前提是培养农村教师现代化的教育观念。为此,教育行政部门和农村各学校必须采取多种措施,在农村教师中大力普及现代教育理论,培养教师的创新意识,积极组织教师开展教育科研活动,培养教师良好的个性心理品质,努力建设一支符合教育现代化需要的农村教师队伍。
