| Abstract: | The concepts of female students' concept of job hunting have taken significant changes since the employment-policy reform,enrollment expansion in universities,freedom of job selection by graduates,and the policy of two-way choice between employee and employer came into effect.Meanwhile,there are some factors which come from society,school,family and even the factors of themselves also influence female college students much when they choosing their careers. |
