| 摘 要： | 文章认为，高校自我发展是指高校作为一个独立的办学法人实体为了实现自己办学的目标，有意识地调节高校的教学、科研等各项工作，从而实现预定目标的过程。其具体运作机制应该是，自我认识→自我设定→自我实践→自我评估→自我完善的良性循环机制。

| Abstract: | It is argued in the article that self\|development of colleges and universities means that these institutions,as indepedent legal persons running their own schools,consciously adjust their teaching and scientific researching affairs,so as to realize their scheduled goals.The concrete working mechanism is a benign circulation from self\|knowing,through self\|scheduling,self\|practising,to self\|perfecting. |
