| 摘 要： | 21世纪是我国全面建设小康社会的重要阶段.小康社会的建设离不开农村的发展,农村教育发展状况将直接关系到全面建设小康社会的实现程度.通过对全面建设小康社会与农村教育之间互动,及对我国近些年农村教育发展存在的问题进行分析,探求发展农村教育的相应对策. |

| Abstract: | This article elaborates the meaning and function of humanistic qualities as well as teachers' humanistic qualities and roles. It also discusses the relationship between teachers'humanistic qualities and the humanistic quality education. Besides,it analyzes the current situation of humanistic quality education in our country and makes a contrast of humanistic quality education conditions home and abroad. Finally it proposes the countermeasures to enhance teachers' humanistic qualities and promote the humanistic quality education. |
