| 摘 要： | 浙江海洋渔业行帮的出现是渔业生产发展和竞争激烈的表现。与船帮、盐帮相类似,渔帮内部有严密的组织体系。渔帮的地域分布与渔业生产方式有密切关系,为了适应渔业发展,渔帮逐渐突破地域和行业的限制,向渔业公所转变。以渔业公所为纽带,政府加强了对渔业行帮的控制,而渔帮的利益诉求也通过渔业公所向政府转达,并获得认可。随着渔业生产方式的转变,渔帮的历史使命最终被现代化渔业公司和渔会所代替。在这一发展过程中,区域地理位置的因素是其行帮组织演进的主要原因,而政府规范则为行帮良性发展起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The appearance of trade association of marine fishery in Zhe Jiang is the manifestation of the development of fishery production and competition.Similar to the ship association and salt association,fishery association has a strict organizational system inside.The geographical distribution of fishery association is closely related to the mode of fishery production.Breaking through the constraints of geography and trades,Fishery association gradually evolves into fishery offices to gear to its development.Through fishery offices,the government strengthens the control of fishery trade association and the interests requests of fishery associations can also be forwarded.With the change of fishery production mode,the historical mission of fishery association has been replaced by modern fishery company and Fishing club finally.The geological position is the main reason of the evolution of trade association and the government＇s regulation directly pushes it forward. |
