新自由主义的通货膨胀理论及其政策启示

新自由主义是20世纪后半期西方发达国家的主流学派乃至主流意识形态,是隐藏在经济全球化发展背后的主要理论支撑。新自由主义的通货膨胀理论是其重要的理论构成之一。我国的经济运行当前面临较大的通胀压力,应借鉴新自由主义通货膨胀理论的合理部分,控制货币发行,坚持预算平衡,增加有效供给,改革外汇管理,以更好地应对通货膨胀。

Neo-liberalism,the main theoretical support of economic globalization,is the mainstream school and even the mainstream ideology of western countries in the latter half of the 20th century.The currency inflation theory of the neo-liberalism is an important part of its theory system.Faced with a big inflationary pressures,China should use for reference the reasonable part of the currency inflation theory of the neo-liberalism to control monetary issuance,maintain a budgetary equilibrium,increase effective supply and reform the foreign exchange control system,so that the problem of currency inflation can be dealt with in a better way.
