| 摘 要： | 增长极理论认为增长并非同时出现在所有的地方,总是以不同的强度出现在一些增长极上。市场力量不是倾向于缩小而是扩大区域经济差异。为了克服市场的“低效率”,政府应采取“战略性”区域经济政策刺激落后地区的发展。我国东、中、西三大区域经济差距早巳超出了公平和效率目标的许可范围。实现区域经济协调发展必须对我国区域经济发展战略进行调整完善,并进一步强化政府区域经济政策的积极干预作用。

| Abstract: | The increase limit theory is thought the crease is not to appear the whole places at the same,is to appear some limited points.The market power is not to incline contract,but is to extend regional economic differ- ences.The government should take the stratgic of economic policy to stimulate the development of backward re- gions for overcoming the low efficiency.The regional economic differences in east,middle and west of China have excessed the purpose scopes of equality and efficiency.We should adjust and perfect the development stragty of regional economy for realizing the coordinate development and strenthen the function of the government. |
