| 摘 要： | 本文根据对新疆维吾尔自治区南疆地区部分农村进行实地调查所获取的第一手资料和所了解到的情况,对长期以来制约南疆地区经济发展的客观的和主观的原因,进行了实事求是的分析,提出了存在的问题和解决这些问题的措施及设想,阐述了西部大开发及发展南疆地区社会经济的重大的经济意义和政治意义.
