民族区域经济协调发展及其法律对策

民族区域经济协调发展是由中国经济不平衡发展所决定的,是根据“非均衡发展” 理论,结合民族区域经济不平衡发展的特点而提出的一项经济战略。民族区域经济协调发展必须符合面向21世纪中国经济发展战略和西部大开发战略的基本要求,是实现国民经济第三步战略目标,进一步推进社会主义现代化进程的必然选择。民族区域经济发展,应采取“反梯度推进” 战略,并发挥“中心辐射”、“以线串点,以点带面,重点开发”战略作用。坚持依法治国,加强民族法制建设,为实施西部大开发战略和促进民族区域经济协调发展提供良好的法治环境,制定完善的民族法律法规体系及其监督机制。

The smooth economic development of the ethnic regions is a strategy based on the fact that the economic development in China is unbalanced.
