| Abstract: | The paper analyzes all kinds of records of the law of TuFa (Having part of people' hair cut) and the explanations of it, then draws the conclusion that YuanHao (the king of Xixia) issuing the law of TuFa to resume the Xianbei customs and unify the identity of Xianbei-Dangxiang by the people of different nationalities in his country and prepare for the reconstruction of Xianbei-Dangxiang new dynasty. |
