| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了西夏立国后的主要家庭形态和构成，家庭成员之间的权利、义务关系，得出西夏政府在法律上保证直系血亲同居共财的结论。并且通过与唐宋社会的比较研究，分析了西夏家庭的本质特征。

| Abstract: | The aim of this article is to study the main family type and its formation, and the rights and duties among family members after the foundation of Xixia regime .A conclusion is that Xixia regime demands and protects lineal kin's living together and sharing their property. Furthermore by the comparison of Xixia society with Tang and Song societies, the author analyses the essential features of Xixia family. |
