试论辽对西夏的遏制政策

本文认为,辽、夏的交恶是控制与反控制造成的,辽控制西夏的目的在于利用西夏在宋西部造成的紧张局势,向宋攫取更大的经济利益。文章还指出,辽完全从自身利益出发制定对夏政策,不可避免地破坏了西夏政权的独立性。

The Liao Dynasty's Policies of Containment On Xixia Regime

The major cause that the Liao Dynasty and the Xixia regime are in bad terms with each other is the relation of controlling and anti-controlling between them. To get bigger economic benefits from Song dynasty, the Liao made use of the Xixia regime to create tense situation in the west of the Song dynasty . This article deals with the Liao Dynasty's policies of containment on Xixia regime, and points out that these policies have unavoidably destroyed the Xixia regime's independence.
