预防和减少少数民族大学生违纪现象的对策

少数民族大学生在高校中的违纪是一个较为普遍的现象,也是高校学生教育中比较棘手的一个现实问题。作者凭着多年的实践经验,结合新时期少数民族大学生的特点提出了一些解决对策,认为对少数民族大学生应采取思想教育、道德教育、法制教育、纪律教育、心理教育,即“五教”并举的办法,多管齐下,使其违纪现象得到有效的扼止。

The Countermeasures on Preventing and Reducing the Phenomenon of Breaking Discipline the Universities Stedents of Ethnic Minorities

In universties education,the breaking discipline among the universities students of ethnic minorities is a relatively universal phenomenon and a knotty problem of reality. By virtue of many years' practical experience and com-bining the feature of ethnic minorities universities students in new times, the author puts forward some countermeasures and thinks that the way of many - sided management and developing "five educations"simultaneously should be adopted, namely education of thought,moral,law, discipline and psychology, so that the phenomenon of breaking discipline can be effectively contained.
