| 摘 要： | 文化普遍地渗透在社会体制、调节机制和人们的行为方式之中,常常表现为某种"隐形"的因素,却发挥着不可忽视的作用.青海处于青藏高原文化圈中,这里多种文化同住共存,互相采借,求同存异,生动体现了多民族文化"和而不同"的相处原则.在新形势下以多元文化观作为青藏高原文化认同的价值取向,营造多样化统一、生动活泼的文化和谐,是构建和谐青海的内在要求.
