| 摘 要： | 档案最大的价值在于开发利用,档案工作的最终目的是实现档案的利用。档案信息资源开发就是将静态的档案信息资源转换成动态的信息为用户所利用的过程。如何适应社会日益增长的档案资源信息需求,科学合理地开发和利用档案信息资源,是档案工作者面临的一个十分重要的课题。

| Abstract: | The most important value of the archives lies in their exploitation,the final object of our work is to carry out the exploitation them.The course of transforming static archives to dynamic ones employed by users is so called exploitation of the archives information.Aiming at satisfing the devloping requirement of the archives information from the society,the archivists are facing a significant project of exploiting the archives information scientifically as logically. |
