| 摘 要： | 民族地区人力资源开发具有重要的意义,要实现民族地区人力资源的深度开发,变人力资源优势为人力资本优势离不开民族教育投资的推动.本文用实证的方法分析了民族教育投资在人力资源开发中的作用,指出了进一步加大民族教育教育投资与人力资源开发的对策.

| Abstract: | The human resources development of national regions is of great significance. Realizing the depth - development of human resources in national regions and changing human resources advantage into human capital advantage can' t work without the promotion of the education investment. The article analyzes the role education investment play in human resources development and points out furtherly the strategies to increase education investment and human resources development by way of demonstration. |
