朝鲜族大学生择业价值观调查分析

本文采用问卷调查方式,对延边大学朝鲜族大学生的择业价值观进行了调查。结果表明,朝鲜族大学生在择业中注重自我发展,追求自我实现;择业价值标准务实,追求择业带来的经济利益;择业价值取向多样化,趋向多元化;择业自主性和创业意识强;择业观念开放。

A survey and analysis of the job selection values of the undergraduates of Korean nationality

This paper makes a survey by questionaire means on the job selection values of the undergraduates of Korean nationality.The result shows that the Korean undergraduates pay attention to self-development and pursue self-fulfillment in the job selection.Their values are standard and practical,they pursue economic benefit brought by job selection.Their values on job selection are diversified and multiple.They are very open,independent and have strong pioneering sense in the job selection.
