内蒙古自治区少数民族干部队伍现状调查

摘    要:本文从分布状况、年龄结构、学历水平等多方面对内蒙古自治区干部队伍、少数民族干部队伍状况进行了调查分析,认为少数民族干部队伍发展迅速,总量已经超过了少数民族人口在总人口中的比例;整体素质有了较大幅度的提高,整个队伍的学历水平已经超过了全区干部队伍的平均水平;是一支年轻化趋势比较明显的队伍,这是少数民族干部队伍建设所取得的显著成绩,因之总量的不足已经不是少数民族干部队伍存在的主要问题,工作的重点应该转变到提高少数民族干部队伍的整体素质和调整内部结构上来。

Abstract:This article analyzed the condition of the Nei Monggol autonomous region cadres and the minority nationality cadre team, from the distributing condition, age structure and the record level. It considered that the minority nationality cadres developed rapidly and the total has gone beyond the proportion of the minority nationality population in the whole population. The whole quality raised by a big margin , the record level of the whole term has surpassed the average level of the whole region cadres. This is a team tending younger and it is the obvious success in building the minority nationality cadres team. So the inadequacy of the total is not the main problem existing in the minority nationality cadre team. The focal point of the work should be changed to improve the whole quality of the minority nationality cadre team and regulate the inherent structure.
