| 摘 要： | 西藏期刊的改革目前尚处于探索阶段.无论是创新机制还是进一步捋顺体制内的各种关系,首先涉及的应是刊物的分类定性问题.其中,非民文类、非时政类的非(学报)学术类期刊在改革中应作出更为深入的研究和更为积极的探索.民文类、时政类、(学报)学术类的期刊在文化体制改革的大背景下也应积极探索,勇于创新.西藏期刊要发展,各期刊社应在思想上正确看待文化体制改革与期刊发展的关系,重视期刊的营销,大力加强信息化建设和内部管理,有高度的自觉和自信；同时,各有关方面应对西藏期刊的发展高度重视,注意体制内的相互协调和衔接,积极稳妥地推进各项改革.
