| Abstract: | M&A and strategic alliance are two main external growth of companies. There are similarities as well as dissimilafities between them. In this paper, we'll compare them from the points including strategic space & forms、operationalizational mechanism、organiazafional forms & management and the key factors & quit mechanism. The main goal of the paper is to thorougly analyze the similarities and dissimilarities between them in favor of helping chinese enterpriesers to choose external growth way. |
