| Abstract: | Based on the nature of management science as technological science,this paper reviews features of classic management research and its theoretical achievements.Then it constructs an assessment model named "problem pursuing-theory building-benefits contributing"(QTB)for evaluating the practice-orientation of management research achievements.Based on this model,it further set the corresponding index system for assessment. |
