企业科技创新战略实施方略探讨

随着我国近年来科技发展投入增加,科技发展水平有了较大提高,但从我国企业及各地区科技发展与管理水平看,仅有少数企业和地区的科技发展水平较高,大部分地区的科技发展水平仍不容乐观。基于此,通过对我国企业知识产权管理、企业知识产权保护状况及区域科技发展状况3个层面的比较和分析,探讨了企业科技创新战略中的弱势与不足,对我国企业的科技创新和知识产权实施方略提出了相关对策。

Discussion on Implementation of Innovation Strategy for Science and Technology in Enterprises

With the investment increase in technical innovation in the recent years,our scientific and technological level has risen.But it is seen that the development of science and technology and the management in our most enterprises and the areas are still relatively low.The management and protection of the intellectual property right in the enterprises,as well as the intellectual property protection state of industrial and mining enterprises were investigated,and the scientific and technology states of development of areas of our country were analyzed.The proposals and mentality to the next our country enterprise in the technical innovation and the intellectual property rights implementation plan are given.
