摘    要:在探索性因素分析的基础上得出伦理困境结构,由此形成结构模型;然后,运用验证性因素分析对结构模型进行比较验证。研究结果表明,我国企业人力资源管理伦理困境包含4个维度:权利使用、操纵和强制、制度监督、忽视与侵犯员工权益;中国企业存在较为突出的人力资源管理伦理困境,企业管理者应规避管理过程中的非伦理性行为,提高管理效率。

Abstract:This paper derives the structure of ethical dilemmas by exploratory factor analysis and formulates a structure model.The confirmatory factor analysis verifies the structure model and it finally comes to a conclusion that the ethical dilemmas of human resources management in Chinese enterprises includes four dimensions,which are the use of right,the manipulation and coercion,the system supervision,and the neglect and violation of the interests of employees.This research enriches the related empirical studies both at home and abroad.Besides,it points out the prominent ethical dilemmas of human resource management in Chinese enterprises so that the enterprise managers could avoid the non-ethical behaviors to improve the management efficiency in the process of management based upon the above dimensions.
