| 摘 要： | 本文以公司财务理论的企业基础为切入点,从理论上分析了不同企业界定对公司财务理论(主要涉及到资本结构理论、公司治理理论、定价理论等层面)的影响效应。在此基础上,基于当代企业特征的现实性变迁,本文认为传统的公司财务理论正面临严重挑战。

| Abstract: | The paper investigates the firm foundation of corporatefinance. From the theory analysis, with different definition of the firmwhich has the different meanings on corporate finance. The effectmay reflect on the capital structure theory, the corporate governancetheory and the assets pricing theory. With the changing of firmcharacter, the paper also finds that the change of the firm charactechallenge the corporate finance. |
