| 摘 要： | 本文指出了企业契约理论在分析企业边界与规模时存在的局限性,并针对当前企业边界与规模变化的特征与趋势、企业经营策略与重心的变化与调整,从企业生产性知识积累的角度对企业的边界与规模进行了重新的界定。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we show that there are limitations in the contracttheory of the firm on its analysis framework of the firms boundaries andscales. On the basis of analyzing the nowaday changes and trends of thefirms boundaries and scales, and the adjustments in operational strategy, were-interpret the boundaries and scales of firm from the productive view ofknowledge accumulation. |
