| 摘 要： | 本文以2001年末完成上市的112家民营上市公司为研究样本,运用非参数检验、回归分析等统计方法对民营上市公司的股权结构特征进行了实证分析,结果发现,民营上市公司与非民营上市公司股权结构存在显著差异性,并且民营上市公司业绩与股权结构呈非线性关系。

| Abstract: | The paper selects 112 private listed firms that had gone public until to the late-2001, and takes an empirical study on the equity structure by adopting nonparametric test and regression analysis. The results show that the equity structure of private listed firms is remarkably different from that of non-private listed firms and firm performance of private listed firms is nonlinear relation to the equity structure. |
