| 摘 要： | 本文对国内商业银行电子业务研发和管理中存在的风险问题进行了剖析,并结合现代金融业经营决策的特征分析,从管理学、软件工程学的角度提出了诸多提高电子业务研发和管理水平的具体措施,有利于进一步降低银行操作风险,推动我国商业银行业务的快速发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the risk in R&;D and management of e business of domestic commercial banks.Based on analysis of the characteristics of decision making in modern commercial banks,this paper further brings forwards some thoughts for operation improvement using software engineering and management ideas.The proposed strategies are helpful to reducing operational risks,and speeding up the development of e business of domestic commercial banks. |
