| Abstract: | By inducting the theory of Quantum Mechanics,this paper studied on the uncertainty of individual value of human capital between dominance and recessiveness.Based on the interval estimation of human capital hidden value,this paper also constructed a measure model for individual value of human capital which gives a thought to the transition of the hidden and obvious human capital. |
