| Abstract: | This paper tries to analyze the ideal type of Marxism ？ Weber, and tries to use this sociological methodology, as an effective analysis tool ,to analyze the changing nature of social work students since the late 80＇s reconstruction of mainland. According to college students ＇selection mechanism, we can summarized characteristics of three models, ＂elite, mass-based, personal charismatic. ＂ And that, in the traditional Elite selection mode to the current mass-choice modal development process, the voluntary-based selection mode will be more humanism and to become the new trend. |
