| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区农村是属于“老、少、边、穷”地区,这一地区的发展关系到我国社会的稳定、发展。本文分析了西部农村现存的主要社会问题,并阐述了社会工作在这一地区如何发挥其应有的社会功能。
