There is a most important characteristic in the world economic development in the latter half of the 20th century,that's the globalization of economy.At present,the tide of globalization has swept every corner of the world,and every country has opened in varying degrees.Commodity economy,foreign trade and world market developments are the basic reason of the globalization.The development of market economy model,the global management of scientific and technological activities and the chief role of transnational corporations are the characteristics of the economic globalization.Entering WTO and joining the sharp international competition will provide our high technology industry a rare opportunity.In view of the understanding above,the high technology enterprises should hold a correct understanding of the current situation,recognizing the gap and adaptation period as they will face the challenge,try to explore a development road with Chinese characteristic,which including the appropriate protection,allying between strong-strong enterprises and improving the internal management level.
