南宁市外商投资法制环境的现状、存在问题和对策

南宁市是多区域合作地缘经济中心,随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立,外商到南宁市投资建设日益增多,外商投资法制环境建设的重要性与必要性日益凸显。外商投资法制环境是一项系统工程,涵盖立法、行政执法、司法等各个领域,涉及政府、法院、市场主体和全体公民,如何为外商提供优质高效的法律服务和法律保障,为外商投资创造良好的法制环境,需要党政机关、司法机关、执法机关和全社会共同来营造。本课题就南宁市外商投资法制环境的现状、存在问题进行了调研,深入分析了南宁市外商投资法制建设所要解决的实际问题,以及存在问题的原因,并就优化南宁市外商投资法制环境提出了具体的对策和建议。

The present conditions,existing problems and measures of the legal environment for foreign investment in Nanning

Nanning is an economic center of regional cooperation. With the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,and the increasing foreign investment in Nanning,it is very important and essential to build up its legal environment for foreign investment. The legal environment for foreign investment is a systems engineering,including the fields of legislation,administrative law-enforcement,and judicature,and concerning governments,courts,market players and all the citizens. How to provide foreign merchants with efficient legal services and guarantee and to provide a favorable legal environment for foreign investment requires the cooperation of the organs of the Party and governments,judicial departments,law-enforcement departments,and the society as a whole. The project conducts a research of the present conditions and existing problems of the legal environment of foreign investment in Nanning,makes a profound analysis of the practical problems in Nanning’s legal construction for foreign investment and their causes,and finally pits forward some corresponding suggestions and measures as to optimizing the legal environment for foreign investment in Nanning.
