| 摘 要： | 大企业体制的确立,形成了高市场集中度和高进入壁垒的寡占市场结构,不仅能够限制价格竞争,更为重要的是寡占市场结构快速地推进了国民经济主导产业的形成,大企业组织占据了国民经济的主导产业,中小企业被排斥到国民经济的非主导产业,由此构成了国民经济的再生产结构。大企业组织通过这种再生产结构,把中小企业置于自己的控制之下。而这一切都是通过大企业组织之间的竞争进行的,大企业组织依托寡占市场结构,通过价格管理和需求管理,来确保其市场的稳定,并通过其内隐的转嫁机制,把市场风险转嫁给中小企业。
