| 摘 要： | 谏诤制度是中国古代监察制度的重要组成部分,通过对唐代五谏的考察,得出唐时的五谏为中国古代谏诤制度中五谏的集大成者。考略五谏在唐代的实施情况和实施效果,以及谏诤与皇权之间的矛盾,为今天的民主生活提供一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Remonstrance is an important component of the monitoring system in ancient China.With an insight into five remonstrances of the Tang Dynasty,the paper concludes that the remonstrance at this point culminated to perfection.In addition it briefly outlines the implementation and effects of five remonstrances during the Tang Dynasty and the conflict between remonstrance and imperial power,which will cast light on today＇s democratic life. |
