科学发展观视野下的高校辅导员专业化对策研究

在回顾高校辅导员角色定位历史变迁的基础上,分析新时期高校辅导员专业化的理想角色定位以及现实困境,提出以科学发展观为指导,走专业化道路。一是以"生"为本,提升辅导员的综合素质;二是统筹兼顾,实现辅导员多重角色的合理定位;三是全面协调,走可持续发展的专业化道路。

Studies on the Way to Be a Specialized College Advisor in View of Scientific Outlook on Development

Based on the study of historical changes of college advisors′ role orientation,this paper analyzes college advisors′ ideal orientation of role and their difficult position to be specialized in the new period.Suggestions on how to resolve the contradiction caused by the multiple roles orientation in the view of scientific outlook on development are given.First,college advisors should truly think of students and promote their comprehensive quality.Second,they should plan carefully so as to play their multiple roles well in different situations.Third,they should be comprehensive and coordinated,helping themselves to be professional and specialized.
