摘    要:文章分析了职业素养的内涵及在职业生涯中的主导作用,分析了装备制造业高技能人才职业素养的形成规律,指出实践教学在形成高职工科学生的职业习惯、职业意识和职业道德中具有不可替代的作用。把职业素养培养和专业教学相结合,充分利用实践教学资源,特别是顶岗实习环节,是提升学生职业素养的基本途径。在专业性的实践教学中,教师要发挥表率引导作用、课程设置要体现专业性、教学组织要体现职业性,在顶岗实习中要加强协调,保证实习效果。

Abstract:To become a country which is strong in manufacturing,it is necessarily to cultivate a large number of skilled talents with high qualities.This paper analyzes the meaning of vocational qualities and its functions in students′ vocational life.Forming patterns of vocational qualities of skilled talents in manufacturing is also explained.Practical teaching is irreplaceable in the forming of students′ vocational habits,vocational conscious and vocational morality.Cultivation of vocational qualities should be combined with the theoretical teaching of the major.The basic method to improve students′ vocational qualities is to take fully advantage of the practical teaching,especially the post practice.Teachers should lead students in the practical teaching phase,scientifically arrange courses and professionally organize teaching so as to insure effects of practice.
