| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国公民海外遇险遇难事件不断发生,引起各界高度关注。维护中国公民在海外的生命安全和合法权益,已被写入2 0 0 5年政府工作报告。在“执政为民”和“外交为民”新理念的推动下,中国的领事保护机制取得了重大发展。本文阐述了领事保护机制发展的主要内容,取得发展的原因及中国领事保护机制进一步完善面临的难题。

An Analysis on the Latest Development of China's Consular Protection Mechanism |

| Abstract: | In recent years, the safety of overseas Chinese has been one of the major concerns of all circles. Ensuring the safety of overseas Chinese and safeguarding their legal rights and interests have been written into the Work Report of the Chinese Government in 2005. Under the new concept of “governing for the people ”and “diplomacy for the people”, great progress has been achieved in China's consular protection mechanism. This paper expounds what these latest developments are , why they happen and what difficulties will be faced in perfecting the mechanism. |
