试论小泉政府对华政策给中日关系造成的影响

A Tentative Analysis of the Influence of the Koizumi Government's China Policy on Sino-Japanese Relations

Since the Koizumi government came into power four and a half years ago, its China policy has brought Sino-Japanese relations to the nadir since the normalization of diplomatic relations in September, 1972. Japan has carried out obvious changes on the strategic level. The Koizumi Government's China Policy has resulted in increasing bilateral conflicts, and a tendency of moving towards the wrong direction. The basic root is that the Koizumi government wants to stop China's rising impetus, and convert its domestic discontents and pressures into protecting so-called national interest.
