池田勇人内阁时期的日台关系

自从“日台条约”签订到 1972年“断交”的 2 0年时间里 ,日本与台湾的关系是在冷暖不均与左右摇摆中走过来的 ,基础并不稳固。日本池田勇人内阁时期 ,对日台关系进行调整 ,即调整过于亲台的路线而转向与中国大陆友好 ,把施政的重点放在国内的经济发展上 ,积极推进与亚洲各国的经济关系 ;但是由于“日台条约”的存在 ,中日关系不可能有根本性的发展

Japan-Taiwan Relations under Ikeda Hayato

During the 20 years from the conclusion of ‘the Treaty between Japan and Taiwan’ to the severance of diplomatic relations in 1972, Japan-Taiwan relations had witnessed ups and downs and the foundation of the relation was not solid. During the period of Ikeda Hayato's cabinet, Japan undertook an adjustment of Japan-Taiwan relations, namely, Japan turned to be more friendly with the Chinese central government instead of maintaining an excessively close relations with Taiwan; Japan also laid emphases on the improvement of domestic economy and actively promoted economic connection with other Asian countries. Nevertheless, owing to the existence of ‘the Treaty between Japan and Taiwan’, Sino-Japan relations during the period of Ikeda Hayato's Cabinet was unable to have dramatic improvement.
