关于俄美“新对抗”根源的几点思考

近来俄美围绕东欧导弹防御系统的激烈争斗显示,俄美关系的互动模式已经从原来既争斗又合作的温和态势向"对抗性"的争斗态势悄然发生转变;而美国为首的西方国家变本加厉的"挤俄"战略,俄罗斯国力的日益壮大,俄美在社会发展模式和"民主"价值理念上的分歧以及能源因素则是俄美"新对抗"的根源所在。

Roots of the "New Confrontation" between Russia and U.S.A.

Recently a serious conflict between Russia and the U.S.erupted over the missile defense system in Eastern Europe.It shows that the mild interaction pattern of both conflict and cooperation between Russia and the U.S.is quietly moving towards "confrontation".The roots of the "New Confrontation" are western countries led by the U.S.further intensifing the "Squeeze Strategy" toward Russia,the growth of Russian strength,the divergence of social developmental model and the value of democracy between Russia and the U.S.and the energy issue.
