浅析2008年《美国国防战略报告》

2008年7月31日,美国国防部发布了最新一期的国防战略报告,这也成为布什政府任内的最后一期具有纲领性质的文件。〔1〕此报告全文23页,共分为绪言、导论、战略环境、战略框架、国防部实力及实现途径、危机处理和结论七个部分。本文在简要介绍其内容同时,发掘其与《美国国家安全战略报告》、《国家军事战略报告》、《四年防务评估报告》等一系列战略报告的关系;进而总结该报告的特点并追溯这些特点背后的动因;最后对国防安全战略中折射出来的布什政府反恐政策进行总结并浅谈自己的认识。
