国际关系中的信任概念与联盟信任类型

与丰富的信任实践相比,国际关系研究领域关于信任的概念分析尚未充分展开。同时,既有的联盟政治研究,关于联盟之间的信任是如何及何时形成问题,亦无细致的讨论。进一步而言,作为一个心理变量,信任概念的本体研究,诸如信任与认知、情绪之间的关系等问题,学界亦没有取得共识。有鉴于此,本文在综述既有研究的基础上,提出一种信任与联盟信任的概念模型,认为联盟信任包括工具性信任与情绪性信任两种基本类型。最后,本文探讨了联盟信任与联盟形成,亦即信任与合作之间的关系。

Trust and Alliance Trust in International Relations

Compare with the considerable amount of trust practice,there has no mature trust theory in international relations.At the same time,the available alliance politics studies fail to address the issue of how and when trust is formed among allies.Besides,as a psychological variable,the ontology study of trust,such as the relations between trust and cognition and emotion,still lacks consensus.So the author provides a conceptual model of trust and alliance trust based on the review of available studies and argues that alliance trust includes two basic kinds,instrumental trust and emotional trust.Finally,the author discusses the relations between alliance trust and alliance formation,or the relations between trust and cooperation.
